Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead strategy for the Epic EHR platform and RCM tools. You will own product requirements for CDI, coding, billing and A/R analytics, applying Agile methods to improve healthcare delivery.

You will collaborate with business and engineering leaders, manage roadmaps and backlogs, and drive adoption through user research and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Revenue Cycle Management
• 7-10 years in product management and/or healthcare informatics
• Proven leader with ability to coordinate resources
• Collaborative with senior stakeholders and diverse audiences
• Data-driven mindset with analytics collaboration
• Experience driving user adoption of clinical technology

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategic direction for the Epic Domain.
• Define the roadmap, backlog management, and prioritization tied to OKRs.
• Coordinate with engineering, data science, and user design teams in an agile environment.
• Work with design to gather requirements and ensure user needs are met.
• Define and manage launches, training, and end-user documentation.
• Deliver executive-level status reports on risks and decisions.
• Develop testing procedures and governance for Epic assessments.
• Support readiness, adoption, and feedback loops for Epic releases.
• Assist domain leaders with recruiting and developing talent.
