Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Epic EHR Development Lead to guide design, configuration, and optimization of Epic solutions across clinical, operational, and revenue cycle domains. You will partner with clinical stakeholders, informatics, IT leadership, and vendors to deliver scalable Epic solutions that improve patient care and clinician efficiency.

The role requires leading complex Epic projects, strong problem-solving, and deep understanding of clinical workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of Epic EHR experience with hands-on build and configuration.
• 3+ years in a lead, senior analyst, or supervisory role supporting Epic systems.
• Active Epic certification(s) in one or more Epic modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Epic analysts, developers, and configuration teams.
• Serve as primary escalation point for Epic development issues.
• Define and enforce Epic development standards and governance.
