Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Epic EHR Development Lead to guide design, configuration, and optimization of Epic solutions across clinical and revenue-cycle domains. You will provide technical and functional leadership for Epic development, integrations, and enhancements while aligning with clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with clinicians, informatics, IT leadership, and vendors to deliver scalable Epic solutions that improve patient care and clinician efficiency,

Qualifications

7+ years of Epic EHR experience with hands-on build and configuration.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills.
Active Epic certification(s) in one or more modules.
Solid understanding of healthcare clinical workflows and operations.

Responsibilities

Lead Epic analysts, developers, and configuration teams; define and enforce standards.
Oversee Epic build, configuration, and customization across modules (e.g., ClinDoc, Orders, Radiant, MyChart).
Guide Epic integrations (HL7, FHIR, APIs) and ensure data exchange performance.
Engage stakeholders; translate clinical needs into Epic solutions; support go-lives and optimization.
Monitor performance, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
