Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR domain and integrated clinical informatics tools. You will own strategy for Revenue Cycle Management, CDI, coding, billing, and analytics across enterprise informatics initiatives.

You will partner with stakeholders to define roadmaps, drive backlog prioritization, and coordinate with engineering, data science, and design in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management with coding and billing knowledge.
• 7–10 years in product management and/or healthcare informatics.
• Demonstrated leadership with senior stakeholders.
• Experience translating complex topics for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategy for the Epic Domain aligned to OKRs.
• Build and manage the roadmap with backlog prioritization and business cases.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and design in agile sprints.
• Work with design to craft intuitive Epic-based user experiences.
• Launch new products with training materials and end-user docs.
• Provide executive-level reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
• Develop governance for Epic assessments and readiness activities.
• Support change management and user adoption for releases.
• Assist domain leaders with recruiting and talent development.
