Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Epic EHR platform and integrated clinical informatics tools within the Revenue Cycle Management domain. You will shape product strategy, manage requirements, and drive adoption across enterprise informatics initiatives to improve healthcare delivery.

You will partner with business and engineering leaders to translate goals into roadmaps, manage backlogs, and develop business cases for new initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Cycle Management including charge capture, medical coding, back-end billing and collections
• 7–10 years in product management and/or healthcare informatics
• Proven Leader: able to drive strategic decisions and coordinate resources
• Highly Collaborative: translates complex topics for diverse audiences
• Data-Driven Mindset: uses analytics to measure product impact
• Experience with change management and user adoption of clinical technology

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and strategic direction for Epic Domain aligned with OKRs
• Translate business goals into a clear product roadmap and backlog
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and user design to build/ enhance Epic-based products
• Develop launch plans and training materials for end users
• Provide executive reporting on status, risks and decisions; drive improvements
