CVS Health is seeking an Epic EHR Development Lead to guide design, configuration and optimization across clinical and revenue cycle domains. You will lead Epic teams, ensure standards, and partner with clinical stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with informatics and IT, and ongoing optimization to improve patient care and operational performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science or related field.
Active Epic certifications in one or more Epic modules.
Experience presenting and problem solving with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead Epic analysts, developers and configuration teams across modules.
Define and enforce Epic development standards and governance.
Oversee Epic integration builds and data exchange via HL7, FHIR and APIs.
Partner with clinical leaders to align Epic development with workflows and strategy.
Support go-lives, stabilization and post-implementation optimization.
