Job summary

enGen is seeking an Epic Orders Analyst to configure, rollout, and support Epic Orders applications. You will work with end-users to translate requirements into technical solutions and document processes.

The role requires at least 3 years of Epic administration experience in healthcare, plus Epic Application Certification within 6 months. This remote-based position may involve travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
• Epic Orders Exp preferred.
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Epic Application Certification within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare or relevant experience.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design/build, test, implement, and support Epic software.
• Analyze and determine system requirements and workflows; document processes.
• Configure changes in Epic environments to provide standardized workflows and new functionality; support end-users.
• Provide guidance and support to end-users to enhance Epic usage and resolve issues.
• Lead small to medium projects and update stakeholders on progress.
