Job summary

St. Elizabeth is seeking an Application Coordinator to support Epic OpTime within our healthcare system.

This role offers Mon-Fri dayshift with hybrid working options and requires coordination of user questions, ticket resolution, and on-call support. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Epic experience in clinical or financial departments, strong communication, and a track record of collaborating across teams to optimize system functionality.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a clinical or financial department.
• Two years of certified Epic experience.
• Epic applications knowledge and strong communication, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary support and coordinate questions for the Epic OpTime system.
• Participate in 24-hour on-call coverage for system users and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with change control procedures and coordinate software updates with users and vendors.
• Develop and document internal procedures; assist with end-user training and mentorship.
