Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring an Application Coordinator to support Acute Care Epic Applications (OpTime) within our healthcare system. The role qualifies at Associate, Intermediate, or Senior level and is based in a hybrid environment with Mon-Fri dayshift.

The ideal candidate will coordinate system changes, provide 24-hour user support coverage, and help manage relationships with stakeholders to improve system functionality for clinical and financial departments.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in a clinical or financial department or healthcare environment.
• Two years of certified Epic experience supporting an Epic or other applicable application.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree required; higher degree or certification may be considered in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary support contact for the applications supported.
• Resolve tickets in a timely fashion and maintain high customer feedback scores.
• Establish and manage change control procedures for the supported application.
