Job summary

Piedmont is seeking an Application Coordinator to design, build, test, validate, and support Epic clinical and revenue cycle applications. The role requires obtaining your Epic certification and maintaining proficiency in software functionality and workflows.

You will be on-call periodically on a 24/7 basis to provide tier III support for Epic applications. You will collaborate with clinical and financial department representatives to design future-state workflows and build the system to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or clinical licensure required.
• 4 years of experience in business administration, IT, healthcare or related field required in lieu of degree/licensure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, validate, and provide ongoing support for Epic clinical/revenue cycle applications.
• Provide 24/7 tier III on-call support for Epic applications.
• Collaborate with clinical/financial departments to design future-state workflows and implement changes.
