Piedmont Healthcare is seeking an Epic Application Coordinator to lead design, build, testing, validation and ongoing support of Epic clinical and revenue cycle applications. The role includes obtaining Epic certification and maintaining deep knowledge of workflows to implement on the system.

The coordinator will be on-call for 24/7 tier III support and will work with clinical and financial teams to design and build future-state workflows within the Epic suite.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or clinical licensure is required.
• In lieu of degree or clinical licensure, four years of experience in business administration, information technology or science, healthcare or related field is required.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, test, validate, and provide ongoing support for Epic applications.
• Be on-call periodically for 24/7 tier III support of Epic clinical and/or revenue cycle applications.
• Collaborate with clinical/financial departments to design future-state workflows and implement them on the Epic system.
