Job summary

UPMC seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to support Epic MyChart and Welcome modules. Epic certification, strong analytical ability, and excellent communication skills are required. Hybrid work with periodic on-site travel to Pittsburgh, PA.

The incumbent will configure Epic applications, analyze workflows, document processes, provide Level 2/3 support, and contribute to system testing, cutovers, and training. A minimum of five years in IT with SDLC familiarity is preferred, and the role may require

Qualifications

Epic MyChart and Welcome configuration experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Configure Epic applications to align with clinical and organizational goals.
Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and document processes.
Provide Level 2/3 technical support and mentor junior staff.
Perform system maintenance, testing, and create cutover plans.
Communicate clearly to stakeholders to support day-to-day work and projects.
Maintain standby/on-call availability as part of a rotation.
