Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking an Epic Analyst to plan, analyze, build, test, maintain, upgrade, and configure Epic applications. You will ensure collaboration with departments and end users to meet the network’s strategic needs and promote strong documentation and testing standards.

Qualifications

• Collaborate with others in a team setting and communicate effectively.
• Maintain a positive attitude toward application building and problem solving.
• Must obtain Epic certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, perform system analysis, and build, test, maintain, upgrade, and configure Epic applications.
• Provide ongoing support for assigned Epic applications and coordinate with end users and departments.
• Champion documentation standards and testing protocols within the team.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure IT solutions meet business needs.
• Provide on‑call support after hours and on weekends as required by department needs.
