Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Senior IT Analyst to support Epic MyChart and the Patient Experience suite, focusing on questionnaires, test results release, proxy access, activation, and eCheck-in workflows.

You will collaborate with clinical operations, Compliance, Privacy, and HIM to ensure patient access decisions, manage configuration and testing, mentor peers, and lead mid-size projects while delivering secure, reliable patient-facing experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required in information technology, healthcare, business, or related field.
Four (4) years of work experience, or actively working towards a Bachelor's Degree with six years of experience in related areas.
Will be required to certify on one or more Epic applications and maintain certification.

Responsibilities

Documents and recommends workflow changes and designs needed to support the business requirements.
Partners with external vendors to support related third‑party applications including integration/implementation, support, and troubleshooting
Solves common and complex issues, incidents, and problems according to agreed upon service levels and according to department standards.
Serve as PM and complete PM functions for mid‑size projects with multiple teams
Performs quality review of team build
Collaboratively works with peers, internal and external stakeholders, and vendors
Follows documentation and change management standards.
Participates in development of training and knowledge‑based materials for use by peers, end‑users, and other team members.
