Job summary
Intermountain Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support Epic MyChart and the Patient Experience suite, focusing on patient-facing digital experiences. You will lead build/configuration for MyChart workflows, proxy access, and eCheck-in while partnering with clinical operations and privacy teams.
The role requires Epic MyChart certification, strong project oversight, and the ability to mentor peers. This is a fully remote position with periodic on-site presence as needed and a standard
Qualifications
- Epic MyChart certification is required.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, or related field is required or actively pursuing degree with relevant experience.
- Four (4) years of work experience in related areas; strong Epic certification coursework.
- Certifications on one or more Epic applications must be maintained.
Responsibilities
- Document workflow changes and technical designs to support business requirements.
- Partner with external vendors for integration/implementation and troubleshooting.
- Serve as PM for mid-size projects with multiple teams and develop testing plans.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive testing scripts to verify system outputs and integrity.
- Configure patient-facing MyChart workflows, questionnaires, and identity verification processes.
