Fitness Connection is seeking a Front Desk teammate to create a welcoming, energetic environment for members and guests. You will greet everyone with an EPIC welcome and assist with check-ins, registrations, and phone inquiries while maintaining a clean entryway.

The role emphasizes hospitality and customer service, with opportunities to grow through our EPIC Training Program and engage in pro shop activities, ensuring a positive club experience for every member.

Qualifications

• Experience in Hospitality or Customer Service preferred.
• Must understand and follow verbal and written instructions and communicate effectively.
• Ability to interpret contracts and pricing packages.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check in members and register guests using proper procedures.
• Answer calls and route inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Assist with front desk duties, return items to ProShop, and maintain a clean entry.
• Support club operations and share information with teammates.
