Job summary

Fitness Connection in Spring, TX seeks a Part-Time Front Desk Teammate to welcome members and guests with EPIC hospitality. The role involves greeting, check-ins, guest registration, answering calls, and guiding guests to the right staff.

You will support opening/closing duties and keep the front desk orderly while upholding Fitness Connection standards. The position emphasizes strong English communication, hospitality experience, and a team-focused attitude to contribute to a welcoming club

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and farewell members/guests with EPIC hospitality.
• Check members in using proper procedures.
• Register guests into the gym correctly.
• Answer calls with Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Route telephone inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Direct guests to the right Fitness Consultant.
• Be a communication hub for members, guests, and teammates.
• Complete opening and closing duties as needed.
• Keep front desk neat, clean, and organized.
• Report incidents in a timely manner.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
