Job summary

Fitness Connection is hiring a Front Desk teammate to create an EPIC welcome for members and guests. You will manage check-ins, guest registrations, and phone inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor, while supporting ProShop and club operations.

Role requires basic math, strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Training through the EPIC program will be provided, with opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Previous experience in Hospitality/Customer Service preferred.
• Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions and effectively communicate.
• Excellent verbal and written English language communication skills.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with EPIC hospitality and farewells.
• Check-in members and register guests using proper procedures.
• Answer telephones with appropriate Fitness Connection verbiage and route inquiries.
• Direct guests to Fitness Consultants and members to appropriate services.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Support ProShop activities and assist with retail as needed.
• Report incidents promptly and maintain positive team relationships.
