Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking an experienced Epic Learning Coach to partner with internal teams and member organizations to optimize Epic workflows and deliver personalized training.

This role will evaluate workflows, provide strategic input to leadership, and drive improvements aligned with OCHIN best practice standards. You will deliver interactive sessions across go-lives and training labs, coach teams through change, and help design robust learning programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar or related role.
• 10 years of applicable experience desired.
• Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency required within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years Epic ClinDoc training is required.
• Experience supporting Epic users is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with member leadership to assess workflows and drive improvements.
• Deliver interactive training sessions across Epic go-lives and training labs.
• Provide workflow coaching and best-practice recommendations to members and staff.
• Assist in design and enhancement of learning programs, lesson plans, and training materials.
• Collaborate with other departments on special projects and initiatives.
• Configure Epic system components and document changes; mentor peers.
• Other duties as assigned.
