Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. seeks an Epic Learning Coach to optimize, personalize, and enhance clinical workflows across member organizations.

You will evaluate workflows, provide strategic input to leadership, and drive improvements aligned with OCHIN’s best-practice standards. You will deliver interactive training sessions, coach users on Epic ClinDoc workflows, and collaborate with multiple departments to design engaging learning programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
• Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency required within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 3 years Epic ClinDoc training required.
• Experience supporting Epic users preferred.
• Competency assessment required before team interview.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to assess workflows and drive improvements.
• Deliver interactive Epic training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Provide workflow coaching and change management guidance.
• Design and enhance learning programs and collect feedback.
• Collaborate on special projects with other departments.
• Configure Epic components and mentor peers.
• Other duties as assigned.
