Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a Learning Specialist to lead implementation, optimization, and ongoing engagement of Quality Reporting, Healthy Planet tools, and Epic workflows.

You will develop comprehensive learning programs, handle training sessions, and monitor training effectiveness across specialties. This 100% remote role requires strong Epic expertise, instructional design experience, and ability to work across time zones with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical/hospital settings with EHR systems (Epic/NextGen) preferred.
• Five+ years of Epic Training experience; 10+ years overall preferred.
• Certification or proficiency in Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central preferred; required to obtain certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement strategies to promote adoption of Healthy Planet and Quality Reporting tools.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs across Epic modules and workflows.
• Create and maintain learning materials, guides, and videos for adult learners.
• Lead change management initiatives to improve operational outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentors to develop learning programs.
• Balance multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.
