Job summary

OCHIN is seeking an Epic Learning Coach for the Ambulatory EHR Support Analyst Team. The role focuses on optimizing Epic ambulatory workflows, delivering multi-modal training, and guiding member organizations through operational improvements.

You will work with executive stakeholders to tailor learning programs, support onboarding/offboarding, and ensure sustainable adoption of Epic best practices. This is a remote, nationwide role with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in similar or relevant role required; 10 years of applicable experience desired.
• Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency in Ambulatory.
• At least 2 years of experience delivering Epic training.
• Demonstrated experience delivering training across multiple modalities (in-person, one-on-one, group, virtual, phone).
• Proven experience training Epic Ambulatory workflows to diverse end users.
• Strong understanding of health center clinical operations, especially ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with member leadership to assess workflows and contribute to strategic decisions.
• Deliver interactive training sessions across multiple modalities.
• Provide workflow coaching and best practice recommendations to members and staff.
• Assist in design and enhancement of learning programs and materials; analyze feedback and data.
• Collaborate with other departments on projects and training-related initiatives.
• Configure Epic components, document changes, and mentor peers.
