OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a Learning Specialist to lead implementation, optimization, and engagement of Quality Reporting and Healthy Planet tools within Epic workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role; at least 1 year in training, course development, instructional design, and technical writing.
• Healthcare certification and/or EPIC EHR experience preferred.
• Proficiency or Certification in Epic Resolute PB or HB desired; Training Credential in Resolute Professional Billing or Resolute Hospital Billing required.
• 1+ years’ experience in Instructional Design including LMS architecture and deployment in a corporate environment, content for adult learners, and post‑production improvement.
• Understanding of change management skills.
• Occasionally able to work outside normal hours to deliver training.
• Demonstrated project management and ability to balance priorities.
• Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement and adoption of Healthy Planet and Quality Reporting tools.
• Deliver training and optimize workflows across multiple Epic modules and operational processes; provide coaching virtually and onsite.
• Create and maintain learning materials including guides, lesson plans, videos, and workflow documentation.
• Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor team members and pursue professional development opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
