Qualifications

• Epic certification and 5 years of hands-on build experience in clinical applications (EpicCare Inpatient/Ambulatory, OpTime, ASAP, Bugsy, Stork, Long-Term Care).
• Experience coaching, teaching, training, or mentoring technical teams.
• Strong understanding of Epic build/configuration and revenue cycle workflows.
• Ability to connect technical decisions to patient access and outcomes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach apprentices through Epic certification and related training activities.
• Translate curriculum into applied build and configuration practices.
• Provide technical leadership for service catalog work and ticket reviews.
• Partner with trainers and mentors to ensure coordinated support across learning journeys.
• Support apprentices in development of documentation and testing discipline.
• Lead and coach to improve apprentice engagement and readiness for higher responsibility.
