Job summary

OCHIN is seeking an experienced Epic Willow Learning Coach to optimize clinical workflows across member organizations. You will collaborate with executive stakeholders, design and deliver learning programs, and drive adoption of best practices in Epic Willow and related systems.

This remote role requires up to 50% travel for go-live and training sessions, plus strong change-management skills, coaching peers, and a commitment to delivering measurable learning outcomes for healthcare clinics.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role.
Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency required within 6 months of hire.
Minimum of 3 years' Epic Willow training is required.
Experience supporting Epic users preferred.
Competency assessment required before team interview.
Position requires up to 50% travel.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with member leadership to assess workflows and contribute to strategic decisions.
Deliver interactive training sessions across multiple modalities during Epic go-lives.
Provide workflow coaching, optimization, and best-practice recommendations.
Design, develop, and enhance learning programs, content, and training aids.
Collaborate with other departments on special projects and workflow improvements.
Configure Epic components and mentor peers and new team members.
Other duties as assigned.
