Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking an Epic Analyst Apprentice Training Facilitator to serve as a technical coach, learning partner, and people leader for apprentices developing into Epic analysts across clinically oriented applications.

This fully remote role involves translating curriculum into applied build work and guiding learners through Epic certification, with focus on patient access, billing and outcomes. You will collaborate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure a cohesive learning

Qualifications

• Epic certification and hands-on build experience in revenue cycle applications.
• Experience coaching, teaching, training, or mentoring technical teams or apprentices.
• Strong understanding of Epic build/configuration and revenue cycle workflows.
• Ability to connect configuration decisions to patient access, billing and outcomes.
• Experience giving feedback and supporting development plans for technical staff.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coach apprentices through certification, training, and application learnings.
• Translate curriculum into applied build and configuration activities.
• Support apprentices in full-cycle revenue cycle applications (Prelude, Cadence, Resolute, etc.).
• Provide technical leadership for service catalog work and documentation coaching.
• Partner with trainers, mentors, and SMEs for coordinated learner support.
• Help apprentices develop solid build habits and documentation standards.
• Lead by example as a coach with clear feedback and progress tracking.
• Contribute to readiness conversations with evidence of growth and productivity.
• Identify learning gaps and improve job aids and practice opportunities.
