OCHIN, Inc. is seeking a Learning Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of Epic workflows, Healthy Planet tools, and Quality Reporting for our nationwide member base.

This remote role partners with account managers and teams to drive adoption, deliver training, and provide SME guidance across specialties. You will design comprehensive learning programs, create guides and videos, monitor training effectiveness, and support change management to ensure regulatory readiness and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role; at least 1 year in training, course development, instructional design, and technical writing.
• Healthcare EPIC EHR experience preferred; EPIC Resolute PB/HB certification desired; training credential in Resolute required.
• 1+ years’ LMS architecture and deployment experience in a corporate environment.
• Strong change management, project management, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement strategies to promote adoption of Healthy Planet and Quality Reporting tools among members.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate interactive training programs across multiple Epic modules and workflows.
• Develop and maintain learning resources, guides, lesson plans, and scenario-based content.
• Support change management initiatives to improve operational outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor team members and pursue professional development to strengthen learning programs.
