The role requires Epic experience, scripting with SQL/Python/R, and a strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5+ years relevant experience or 7+ years without degree.
• Epic certification or proficiency in applicable Epic applications preferred or required by position.
• Experience with Epic reporting tools and SQL/Python/R for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and optimize Epic applications across clinical, revenue cycle, and access areas.
• Perform builds, upgrades, configuration, testing, and releases; manage incidents and changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and end users; may lead small projects.
