Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with Epic reporting tools including Reporting Workbench, Radar dashboards, and SlicerDicer self-service reporting.
• Three to five years of Epic reporting experience.
• Programming experience with SQL, SSIS, R, Python, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with clinical terminology or workflows.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to learn quickly.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic applications across clinical, revenue cycle, and EpicAccess teams.
• Analyze workflows, perform testing, upgrades, and optimizations.
• Troubleshoot and provide ongoing application support.
• Collaborate with clinicians, operations, and IT stakeholders to improve workflows.
• Translate business needs into effective Epic solutions.
