Job summary

The State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) is seeking a Senior Epic Interface Analyst to join the FTAA and DIT teams in Olympia. You will configure Epic modules, translate workflows into system designs, and lead testing activities to ensure builds meet program needs.

Applicants should hold an Epic Certification with extensive experience across Epic modules and governance, and be able to mentor staff while coordinating go-live planning and post-activation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Seven years of progressively responsible experience in Epic application analysis, configuration, and implementation, including at least two years in a lead or senior capacity.
• Eleven years of direct experience in Epic application analyst and configuration with demonstrated leadership of complex build efforts.

• Translate workflows into precise system build specifications reflecting program needs.
• Lead testing activities and develop test scripts and acceptance criteria.
