Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) FTAA seeks a Senior Epic Interface Analyst to join our Finance, Technology, Analytics, and Accounting Administration (FTAA) and Division of Enterprise Technology (DIT). This is a great opportunity to leverage Epic Bridge Certification and experience with interface engines like Rhapsody and Corepoint.

In this role you will configure and maintain Epic application modules, translate clinical and operational workflows into precise system design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Seven years of progressively responsible Epic experience including lead or senior capacity.
• Epic Certification is required; if not held, certification in identified modules within 4 months after hire.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Epic modules per approved design decisions.
• Translate clinical and operational workflows into precise system build specifications.
• Maintain build documentation, including workflow diagrams and configuration guides.
• Collaborate in working sessions with clinical, operational, and program staff to elicit and validate requirements.
• Analyze current and future-state workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Present design options and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Conduct testing activities within the Epic domain, including unit and integration testing.
• Develop test scripts and acceptance criteria reflecting real-world use cases.
• Review test results and ensure defects are resolved before go-live.
• Investigate and resolve configuration issues; document root causes and resolutions.
• Contribute to program-level planning for integration milestones.
