Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of IT analyst/support experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Support enterprise application systems with experience in EHR preferred.
• Obtain Epic certification within three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Epic application design, build, testing, training, and support.
• Manage support requests through IT Service Management software.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and training plans.
