Job summary

Adventist HealthCare seeks an experienced Epic Clinical Information System Analyst II to join the Epic Program Department. You will analyze requirements, design workflows, configure Epic modules, test, validate, and maintain Epic functionality following established standards.

You will own complex incidents, lead small-to-mid projects, coordinate with end users, Epic representatives, and IT teams, and ensure changes meet business needs and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information systems, business, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of direct clinical, healthcare operations, clinical information systems, or related experience with Epic or similar platforms.
• Epic certification in assigned application(s) is required or must be obtained within the required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyzes intermediate-to-advanced requirements and designs workflows for Epic.
• Owns complex incidents, performs root-cause analysis and coordinates cross-application troubleshooting.
• Plans and leads small-to-medium application projects, enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements.
• Serves as liaison among end users, Epic reps, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
