Adventist HealthCare is seeking an Epic Clinical Information System Analyst II to join the Epic Program Department. You will analyze complex clinical requirements, configure Epic applications, and manage incidents and projects to ensure timely, effective solutions for the organization.

The role demands strong collaboration with end users and cross-functional teams, with Epic experience preferred and a requirement to obtain Epic certification within the specified timeframe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in healthcare, information systems, business, or related field.
• 5-6 years direct clinical/healthcare operations or clinical information systems experience; Epic experience preferred.
• Epic certification must be obtained within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyzes intermediate-to-advanced operational and clinical requirements; designs workflows and configures Epic applications.
• Owns complex application incidents and requests; performs root-cause analysis and coordinates cross-application troubleshooting.
• Plans and leads small-to-medium application projects, enhancements, upgrades, and process-improvement initiatives.
