Adventist HealthCare seeks an Epic Clinical Information System Analyst II to support our Epic Program Department in delivering high-quality clinical IT solutions. The role requires designing workflows, configuring Epic modules, testing, and maintaining application functionality per standards.

You will coordinate incidents and guide end users while ensuring timely resolutions. Responsibilities include leading projects, performing testing, and creating training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information systems, business, or related field.
• 5-6 years of direct clinical/healthcare operations experience; Epic experience preferred.
• Epic certification required or must be obtained within the timeframe; travel/on-call may be required.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyzes intermediate-to-advanced clinical requirements; designs workflows and configures Epic application functionality.
• Owns complex incidents and requests; performs root-cause analysis and coordinates cross-application troubleshooting.
• Plans and leads small-to-medium application projects with milestones, scope, risks, and testing.
