Job summary

Adventist HealthCare seeks an experienced Epic Clinical Information System Analyst III to join the Epic Program. This role will lead advanced analysis, design workflows, and coordinate complex Epic projects across departments.

You will mentor analysts, ensure standards, and maintain Epic solutions in a large health system environment. The ideal candidate has Epic certification, strong leadership, and substantial experience in clinical IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information systems, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 7–8 years of direct clinical/healthcare IT experience, with leading complex Epic implementations preferred.
• Epic certification required or must be obtained within the timeframe; travel/on-call as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analysis and enterprise workflow design across Epic applications.
• Resolve high-impact incidents; perform root-cause analysis and coordinate responses.
• Plan and lead large, complex Epic projects and upgrades.
• Serve as senior liaison to operational leaders, governance bodies, and vendors.
• Establish standards for design, testing, change control, and production support.
