Adventist HealthCare is seeking an experienced Epic Clinical Information System Analyst III to advance our Epic program. You will lead enterprise workflow design, coordinate cross-functional teams, and mentor analysts while maintaining Epic solutions across complex environments.

The role requires 7–8 years in clinical IT with Epic experience and a Bachelor’s in a relevant field; Epic certification is required or obtainable within the defined timeframe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, information systems, business or related field; years of experience can substitute education.
• 7-8 years in clinical/healthcare IT, including complex implementations and production support in EHR environments.
• Epic certification required or obtainable within agreed timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Leads advanced analysis and enterprise workflow design across Epic applications.
• Resolves high-impact incidents; directs root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Plans large, complex projects; defines milestones, risks, and testing strategy.
• Serves as senior liaison with operational leaders, Epic reps, vendors, and teams.
• Defines standards for design, testing, change control, and production support.
