Job summary

Adventist HealthCare seeks an experienced Epic Clinical Information System Analyst I for the Epic Program Department to support mission-driven care across our Maryland facilities.

You will analyze workflow needs, configure and test Epic applications, serve as the end-user contact, document changes, and collaborate with subject matter experts to align system functionality with clinical operations and project timelines. Occasional after-hours support and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing clinical/workflow needs and configuring Epic applications.
• Ability to respond to end-user questions and troubleshoot incidents.
• Experience with testing, change-control, and post-change validation.
• Collaborates with SMEs and Epic representatives to align system functionality with business needs.
• Willingness to travel and work outside normal hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workflow needs and configure Epic apps per standards.
• Serve as support contact and troubleshoot incidents.
• Document findings and assist with change management.
• Coordinate with SMEs, Epic reps and other teams to align with business needs.
• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials.
• Participate in project meetings, go-live readiness, and support activities.
• Maintain knowledge of Epic apps and comply with policies.
