Job responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the implementation of the Epic system across the organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and execute project plans, including risk management, scope definition, and milestones.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, ensure resource availability, and achieve outcomes.
  • Monitor and track project performance to analyze the successful completion of goals.
  • Lead technical teams to ensure effective Epic system implementation meeting user requirements.
  • Perform system analysis, configuration, and management for optimal performance.
  • Plan, organize, and direct project completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Train and mentor staff on Epic system functionalities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or legal industry.
  • Proven experience with Epic implementation and revenue cycle processes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project Management (PMP) or Epic certification is a plus.
  • Knowledge of legal industry regulations.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
