Experienced Revenue Cycle Manager - Home Infusion

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Collections Manager to oversee the Miscellaneous Accounts Receivables Teams (Aetna, Cigna, Commercial, Medicare, Medicaid). Responsibilities include managing denials, preparing appeals, and maximizing reimbursements. The role involves quality reviews, training, and policy documentation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, knowledge of collection practices, and compliance with Federal and State regulations.

Job Summary

The Collections Manager oversees collection staff and daily operations for TDD services, including contract analysis, reimbursement, denial management, and billing issues. Responsible for quality reviews and policy adherence.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 5-7 years healthcare industry experience.
• Home Infusion or Intrathecal Pain Management experience preferred.
• 3-5 years Revenue Cycle Management experience required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee collections operations, including denials, claims, and staff productivity.
• Serve as SME for collection and billing processes.
• Coordinate with other departments for claim information.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and scorecards.
• Ensure compliance with regulations.
• Perform quality reviews and improve procedures.
• Supervise staff, including training and performance management.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of NDC, insurance plans, and billing procedures.

Qualification Requirements

• Understanding of Revenue Cycle Management functions.
• Strong judgment and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, ICD-9, ICD-10, and medical terminology.
• Leadership ability in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
