Experienced Revenue Cycle Manager - Home Infusion

We seek a motivated Accounts Receivable Collections Manager to oversee our collections team, focusing on maximizing reimbursements from various payors, managing denials, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, deep knowledge of collection practices, and a strong understanding of billing and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include managing collections operations, supervising staff, analyzing trends, and ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (bachelor’s preferred), 5-7 years of healthcare industry experience, with specific experience in Home Infusion or Intrathecal Pain Management preferred, and 3-5 years in Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee collections operations including denials, appeals, and reimbursements.
• Serve as SME for billing and collection processes.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer regulations.
• Supervise and motivate staff, manage training, and conduct performance reviews.
