CentraCare Health in Minnesota is seeking an Application Specialist focused on Epic Healthy Planet to support, design, test, implement, and maintain system solutions across clinical and operational workflows.

You will analyze workflows, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure integrations with the Epic EHR while aligning with IT standards; the role includes an 80-hour biweekly schedule with remote work and periodic on-site visits, day shift, and occasional evenings for go-lives.

Competenze

• Associate's degree in related field required; 2 years of equivalent work experience can be used in place of education; bachelor's preferred
• 3 years or more years related application build experience
• 2 years minimum of build experience within responsible software applications. Specific knowledge, certifications, and licensure will apply at the position level
• Previous experience in information technology and/or electronic health record software is preferred
• Software Application/module certification or proficiency in a minimum of 1 software application or system and/or in good standing with the software vendor upon hire

• Serves as the primary resource for assigned system applications and collaborates with stakeholders to assess needs and configure solutions
• Analyses workflows, business processes, data collection methods, and technical issues related to application use
• Designs, develops, tests, implements, and maintains system solutions
