Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst. This fully remote role focuses on supporting and optimizing Epic Healthy Planet workflows and configurations across care management and care coordination.

You will work with care managers, clinical and operations leadership, and informatics teams to implement standardized, scalable solutions. Responsibilities include developing test plans, incident coverage, and handling enhancement requests within cross-functional

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 7+ years without a degree.
• Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Accreditation is required; other Epic modules experience is a plus.
• Experience building solutions in Epic Healthy Planet and related care management modules.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet workflows and configurations.
• Partner with care managers and leadership to implement scalable patient care solutions.
• Develop test plans, manage incidents, and support quarterly Epic updates.
