Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst to join our remote team. You will support day-to-day Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows and configure optimizations across care settings, collaborating with care managers, clinicians, and informatics teams.

You will develop test plans, manage incidents and enhancements, and participate in quarterly Epic updates to align with best practices and scalable patient care solutions.

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet Clinical or Healthy Planet Analytics Certification required.
• Experience building configurations within Epic Healthy Planet.
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with EpicCare Ambulatory and Reporting Workbench.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows and configurations.
• Develop test plans; incident coverage and enhancement requests.
• Collaborate with care managers, clinicians, operations, and informatics teams.
• Support quarterly Epic updates and best-practice alignment.
