Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst to lead day-to-day support, configuration, and optimization of care management and care coordination workflows.

You will collaborate with care managers, clinical and operations leadership, and informatics teams to implement foundation-aligned solutions that improve patient care and scalability. The role is fully remote with responsibilities across Epic modules and quarterly updates.

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Accreditation with build experience.
• Build experience with other Epic modules such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer.
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet care management and care coordination workflows.
• Collaborate with care managers, clinical/operations leadership, and informatics teams to implement foundation-aligned solutions.
• Oversee smaller projects or components and support quarterly Epic updates across care settings.
