Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst to drive care management configuration and workflow optimization. This fully remote role partners with care managers, clinical leaders, and informatics teams to implement scalable, foundation-aligned solutions across the Epic Healthy Planet suite.

The ideal candidate has Epic Healthy Planet Certification and 5–7 years of relevant experience, plus familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, and risk

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet Certification with application build experience (Required).
• Build experience with EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer.
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows.
• Collaborate with care managers and clinical/operations leadership to propose scalable, foundation-aligned solutions.
• Support quarterly Epic updates and adhere to best practices for patient care and provider support.
• Develop test plans and manage incidents and enhancements across care continuum projects.
