Job summary

Sentara Health is hiring an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role. You will support, configure, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet workflows, collaborating with care managers and informatics teams to implement scalable, foundation-aligned solutions across care settings.

Required: Epic Healthy Planet Certification with build experience; 5–7 years of relevant work; familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS, and risk adjustment.

Qualifications

• Epic Healthy Planet Certification/Accreditation with application build experience.
• Experience with Epic modules such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer.
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, build and optimize Epic Healthy Planet workflows.
• Collaborate with care managers, clinical and operations leadership, and informatics teams.
• Develop test plans and handle incident coverage and enhancement requests.
• Oversee projects or components and support quarterly Epic update process.
