Sentara Health is seeking an Epic Healthy Planet Senior IT Specialty Analyst for a fully remote role in the United States. You will support, build, and optimize Epic Healthy Planet care management workflows, partnering with care managers and informatics teams to deliver scalable, foundation-aligned solutions across care settings.

The role requires Epic Healthy Planet Certification and 5–7 years of relevant experience, with build experience in EHR modules like EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree (Required)
• 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree (Required)
• Experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
• Epic Healthy Planet Clinical or Healthy Planet Analytics Certification (Required)
• Preferred: EpicCare/Ambulatory/Cogito
• Epic Healthy Plant Certification/Accreditation, with application build experience (Required)
• Build experience with other Epic modules such as EpicCare Ambulatory, Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer
• Familiarity with CMS quality programs, HEDIS measures, and risk adjustment.
• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience (Required)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day support, build and optimization of Epic Healthy Planet care management and care coordination workflows and configuration.
• Partners with care managers, clinical and operations leadership and informatics teams to recommend standard, foundation aligned solutions.
• Develops test plans, responsible for incident coverage and enhancement requests as well as project level work.
• Oversees smaller projects or components of projects.
• Support the quarterly update process and Epic best practices to benefit patients and providers.
