Job summary

Fitness Connection is hiring a Front Desk teammate to create an epic welcome for every member and guest. You will be a communication hub, handling check-ins, registrations, and phone inquiries while supporting the ProShop and club operations.

As the first point of contact, you’ll contribute to a friendly, energetic club atmosphere and represent our commitment to excellent customer service. Training will be provided to ensure you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions and communicate effectively.
• Ability to interpret contracts and pricing packages for personal training and programs.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with EPIC greetings and farewells.
• Check-in members and register guests using proper procedures.
• Answer phones promptly using Fitness Connection verbiage.
• Direct guests to the appropriate staff and assist with inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and entryway.
• Support ProShop with merchandise and basic sales processes.
