Teceze USA is seeking a proactive IT Desktop Support technician in Houston to deploy, install, configure, and validate devices across healthcare environments. You will support Epic go-lives, troubleshoot hardware, printers, scanners, and network issues to keep clinical operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have deskside or field support experience, healthcare IT exposure, and a customer-focused mindset to provide effective hypercare post-deployment.

Qualifikationen

• Desktop, deskside, or field support experience.
• Printer/scanner installation and troubleshooting.
• Healthcare IT or hospital environment experience preferred.
• Epic go-live or clinical deployment experience a plus.
• Hypercare/post-go-live support experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• Deploy, install, configure, and validate IT devices and peripherals.
• Set up and troubleshoot workstations, printers, scanners, WOWs, and other clinical/IT devices.
• Provide hands-on IT support during the Epic go-live period.
• Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, configuration, and deployment issues.
• Perform post-deployment stabilization and hypercare support.
• Coordinate with project teams, site personnel, and end users to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in a healthcare environment.
